Mission Ridge Range and Academy

Mission Ridge Range & Academy (MRRA) is a premiere shooting sports venue with locations in San Antonio and Plano. MRRA’s primary goal is to safely ‘Advance the Sport’ of shooting, whether it be firearms or archery, in every aspect. Software Allies has worked with MRRA to improve business processes, create a new website, and build out a training platform that is engaging and easy to use.

Mission Ridge Range & Academy meets shooters where they are, novice or experienced, in all areas, including safety, training, education, and service.  Software Allies has helped MRRA build out systems that support their mission and make them one of the leading innovators in their industry.

Business Goals

  • Leverage Salesforce.com and technologies like Docusign to streamline the customer experience and improve sales and marketing.
  • Use the power of Salesforce.com's Marketing Cloud to always be engaged with members whether they are at the range or not.

Solution

  • MRRA had an existing website built on the Wordpress platform.  Software Allies worked together with them to create a new mobile friendly design with highly customized admin tools to give their marketers great control over their website content.  Software Allies also helped to implement analytics and conversion tracking for membership and gift card purchases, training class registrations, and more.
  • Leveraging Salesforce.com and Wordpress technologies, a robust training platform was built to support various classes, badges, skill points and more.  Users stay engaged with marketing automation for the badges and rewards they are working to earn.  When a user completes a class that is part of a badge to earn, they will receive encouraging reminders and reward offers to take the next class and earn the skill points needed to get the badge.
  • Implemented Salesforce.com Opportunity Tracking, Case Management, and other Sales and Service cloud features.  Salesforce.com is integrated with their POS system for customer and transaction data so that their customer service personnel can have a 360 degree view of each customer or member.
  • Integrated Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud to utilize all of the data available in Salesforce including memberships, interest in services, past purchases, website activity and more!  Marketing Journeys are used for membership onboarding, birthdays, training classes, promotional offers, and much more!
