Our Role

Our role is to implement and delivery your software based on the defined stories and requirements. We provide the expertise, resources, tools, and processes to delivery great software. However, we still need your direction and input to delivery your software.

Your Role

As the owner of the project you play a critical role in the development process. While we create the stories together and the development team provides the estimates, you tell the team which stories to work on and when. Stories are estimated in relatives points to help you decide which ones are more critical than others. By prioritizing the sprint backlog and determine what is include in each sprint you control the project. Additionally, using our project collaboration tool, Crystal, you let us know when a stories are done or not. If not, you let us know why not and then we do the process again until it is done and accepted by you.
